There are only a few beauty products that I consider essentials, but right now these four are definitely in there. Concealer and bright lipstick have always been on my "go to" list, but my cream eyeliner and shimmer are quickly working their way up on the list. When I first started wearing makeup I was an absolute eyeliner virgin, but I remember my first time, and it's a downhill addiction from there. I started with a pencil, and then moved to a liquid liner, but I hated how both needed to be reapplied multiple times if I wanted to make it through a whole day (particularly in the southern humidity). I finally found gel and cream liners, and the day was saved. I LOVE this stuff. Right now I'm using Maybelline Cream Liner. If i'm going out for the evening I need a little touch up, but for the most part it stays put. I've been so inspired by vintage eye makeup lately and looks like Audrey Hepburn's in the last photo are so elegant. I also love the drama a good liner can add with very minimal makeup on the rest of the face. It's such a timeless look.
My other current addiction is a good shimmer or glitter product. It's such an easy way to create a really flirty, fun look, and has the added bonus of lightening your eyes. YES to any two-in-one advantages!
P.S. I apologize for the crappy photo quality. I've misplaced my camera battery charger and I can't find it anywhere. Time to start interrogating the resident 1 year old professional misplacer. Again.
